September Smoothie Challenge Accepted!

First off, the SEAHAWKS beat the Raiders. Duh. I am sure you’d figure that. lol. I watched the game at a local bar with another Seahawks fan. He was great company!

For today’s What the Bake Friday, I am going to switch gears a little bit…IMG_2343[1]

…and introduce you to the September Smoothie Challenge that Heather is hosting!

Can you believe that August is almost over? Where did summer go? Ahh, I am not ready for fall yet!

I’ve been loving smoothies all summer and I will be continuing this great (habit) throughout the fall. Maybe longer….I don’t know if I’ll be craving cold drinks in the winter though..

Heather’s challenge encouraging you to drink a smoothie everyday for the first half of September. Fourteen days total. You can do that right?!!

You can always keep going and finish up the month too. Guess what? There are prizes involved, you can find out more here!

  1. I love green smoothies! My stomach has been a bit picky about produce the last few months (not so fun for me), but I’m thinking that is about over. So I’ll be starting the green smoothie wagon for the second half of the month!
