Thank you for all the happy thoughts after yesterday’s post. It made me feel better that I wasn’t the only one in a “funk!”
My pillow is her pillow apparently. That’s ok, I can share!
Anywho, back to the important stuff.
Personal Chocolate Banana Protein Bread
1 ripe banana
1 scoop Designer Whey Chocolate protein powder
1/3 cup oats
1 tbsp egg white
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp honey
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Grease a small banana bread tin.
Pour mixture into the tin.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Let cool, slice and eat!
Super easy right? I mean it is a personal sized, but it obviously can be shared. If you want?!
