What the Bake Friday

It’s Friday Friday Friday! Yahoo! 

Thank you for all the happy thoughts after yesterday’s post. It made me feel better that I wasn’t the only one in a “funk!” :)

It is officially day uno of dog sitting once again. The little n’ big hooligans love me. Kasa is excited to cuddle every night, I just know it! IMG_2438[1]

My pillow is her pillow apparently. That’s ok, I can share! ;)

Anywho, back to the important stuff.

Personal Chocolate Banana Protein Bread

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 scoop Designer Whey Chocolate protein powder

1/3 cup oats

1 tbsp egg white

1 egg

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp honey

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Grease a small banana bread tin.

Pour mixture into the tin.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Let cool, slice and eat!

Super easy right? I mean it is a personal sized, but it obviously can be shared. If you want?! ;)
