There are so many moving parts. So many problems, some small, some large that need to be addressed. It’s a catch 22 situation. One, I want to make this the best running platform out there, but to do that I need to invest in development, design and marketing. For that I need money. Sponsors won’t be interested in a platform that has low traffic, so building traffic to the website is important.

Well, if  website is not built correctly, is slow, not very usable, viewers will bounce right off the site. For me, quality matters. I could ChatGPT this entire site, but I want it to be unique and human based. Human thoughts, human design and honest, human mistakes.

Early mornings like this, I feel I can address many issues quickly. Here are my current priorities:

  1. Ensure my detailed event listings provide the MAX value to PNW Runners
  2. Make sure the bugs on the site are fixed
  3. Ensure that I am continuing to build the community each day on social
  4. Create and nurture honest, sincerer relationships with local race directors and race owners.
  5. Find and support local retail running stores and brands.
  6. Provide the best local race event marketing and management services out there.
  7. Continue to develop my skills on the popular race registration platforms (Race Roster, Run Sign Up etc.)

Anyhow, that is my rant for this morning. Hope everyone has a great day. Stay tuned for many more updates.
